Instructions for Applicants:
- Applications, along with 2 passport-size photographs, photocopies of CNIC, domicile certificate, educational certificates, and experience certificates duly attested and mentioning telephone/mobile numbers, should be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement.
- Women, disabled persons, and minorities will be recruited as per prescribed quotas. Disabled candidates must attach a disability certificate issued by a registered medical board with their application.
- Candidates already serving in any Government department should forward an NOC issued by the head of the department.
- Candidates should include their mobile number in their application. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
- Candidates aged between 18-30 years after 15 days of the advertisement’s publication are eligible to apply. However, age relaxation will be granted as per the following: a. 10 years for disabled persons. b. 5 years for candidates enrolled under the Prime Minister Assistant Package. c. 15 years (maximum up to 45 years) for retired Military personnel. d. 10 years for contract employees with 2 years of continuous service. e. 3 years for Sindh (Rural) only.
- A bank draft for Rs. 300/- is essential for the LDC & HSM posts.
- Each candidate must provide all original certificates at the time of the test/interview. TA/DA is not admissible for attending the test/interview.
